How to enter our store

From the home page, simply select the type of customer you are, either trade or consumer then click on the products link at the top.

Choose your design from the left, select a size (and possibly a colour if required) and click "add to basket".
You can then view the products in your basket by clicking on the "view basket" link on the left.

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. However, the contract for the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address you provide to us.

If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

If, however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.

To view your basket, just click on the "view basket" button. You"ll see a running total of everything you"ve put in your basket on the left hand side of the page.

Your basket will show you the name, colour, size, price and quantity of each product you"ve chosen.

To delete an item, click on the "remove" button next to that item.

We can only save your basket for 2 hours before we have to delete all the items.

Click on the "view basket" button so you can see your order, then click on the "confirm order" button to get to the "Billing and Dispatch" page.

Type in all your info, click on the "Proceed" button to advance to the next page. Verify your Billing and Dispatch address and type in your credit card information.

A confirmation email will be sent so you know your order has been received.

You can use either a credit or debit card for anything you buy online. When you checkout, you will be asked to fill in the credit card type, number and expiry date. For security reasons, we don"t keep your credit card information so you"ll have to re-enter it each time you shop with us. We accept ALL major cards.

Postal orders and cheques are also accepted (in Pounds Sterling) however when placing your order you must select "Print Order and Send Cheque " rather than pay by credit card. Please make all cheques and postal orders payable to "Country Kids Limited".

Please note that goods are only dispatched once funds have cleared.

Once we get your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation - that will include an order number for your reference. If you don"t receive an email within a couple of hours, please call us on 01732 469036 before placing another order. Thanks.

We will notify you of the expected date of delivery. You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.

All orders are sent out using 1st Class Recorded Mail. Please provide an address where you can sign for your item.

Unfortunately due to the volume of orders we are currently receiving, next day delivery is not possible at present.

We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses. Prices subject to quantity ordered - please contact us for further information.

Sometimes a popular item will sell out much quicker than anticipated, although we do endeavour to avoid such situations. If an item is out of stock, we will try to give you an accurate delivery date. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

We believe you"ll be over the moon about your new Country Kids clothing. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a no-questions-asked refund or replacement within 14 days. Please note, due to the nature of the product we can only accept returns of the socks and tights when they have not been opened and have not been worn or tried on.

Country Kids makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. However we realize that accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect goods, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

It will help us if you tell us why you are returning the clothing - this ensures that we can improve our service and products in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post.

Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Country Kids International Limited will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. On return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount /offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Country Kids Limited and you requires that you return the goods to Country Kids on cancellation. Country Kids Limited can arrange for delivery of replacement products to you if required; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Country Kids Limited. In this case, a charge will be made by Country Kids for packing, handling and delivery of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

While every effort is made to ensure that the photographs on our website are a true representation of our garments, please be aware that slight colour variations can arise due to the nature of print technology.
Actual print size of designs may vary from the photograph to the actual garment. In order to provide clarity designs are occasionally enlarged. Every effort is made to ensure that the photographs represent the actual garment as accurately as possible.

Customers who have purchased Country Kids Products from our website will be added to our mailing list and notified of new additions to the clothing range and kept informed of the latest developments at Country Kids. It is our intention to simply keep you informed of our activities but not to irritate you too much! If you have received this info and would like to be removed from our mailing list, please click here to enter your remove request. Just have the text "REMOVE ME" in the subject line of your email.
